Last time you heard from me I was about to embark on a road trip adventure up the east coast of Queensland.

I’ve spent the last four months chasing waterfalls, climbing mountains, practicing my beach volleyball moves, walking on beaches for hours, and meeting beautiful new friends. And at the end of it all — I decided to settle in the lovely tropical city of Cairns, in Far North Queensland.

In the midst of driving, adventuring, and moving (again), I experienced my own in between seasons in both my personal life and in my business. I transitioned to another new location, felt the heartache of relationships not working out, and decided to pivot my business in a direction that feels more aligned with what I want for my life.

I’ve got loads of insights and nuggets of wisdom to share, in due time.

For right now, I’m enjoying my lifestyle in this new place I adore and soaking up all that life is bringing my way.

And, I’m sharing new episodes of IN BETWEEN with you — interviews I recorded back in March and April, but didn’t immediately release.

So excited to share these conversations with you, they’re a long time coming!

In this episode, I talk to resiliency coach Kimberly Smith about surviving divorce, leading with your desires over your fear, practicing self-compassion, and practical ways to become more resilient in your everyday life.
