about me.
I'm a UX designer and researcher who's spent the last decade creating human-centered experiences. My background blends theatre training (which I credit for my storytelling and communication skills) with 10+ years in user research and business strategy. I approach problems with both analytical thinking and intuition, which enables me to see the big picture from a systems level while also making decisions with empathy and understanding. What I love most about design is the human side of it: connecting real-life human behaviors and emotions to how we interact with digital products or navigate physical spaces.
now.
I feel a pull toward something bigger: using my design skills to help protect the wild natural spaces I love by solving challenges in the circular economy. I believe design thinking has a crucial role to play in creating systems that work for both people and the planet. Iām looking for roles where I can apply design thinking to circular systems, service design for climate impact.
the personal stuff.
I'm a Minnesota native who followed her dream to live in Australia in 2016 and loved it so much I became an official Aussie. While exploring Western Australia in 2024, I met a German solo traveler. After hiking and camping our way down the coast together, we decided to have more adventures together. Now I'm starting a new chapter in Kiel, Germany.
Beyond design work, you'll find me in nature whenever possible, following the NFL wherever I am in the world, singing Taylor Swift in my car, and following my wanderlust to new places.
